Retirement system in the process of industrialization and was gradually establish down, in today’s economy society, which not only for a description, but more as a complex economic activity, and may even affect a country or region’s social economy. Social economic life of labor welfare, personal life security, including personal will to work and social employment opportunities and other aspects are influenced by it. The retirement age is the endowment insurance system in important variables, including countries involved, enterprises, especially the laborer’s right and obligation. From China’s national conditions and long-term interests strategic, work out the balance the interests of all parties and retirement age of retirement system adjustment scheme, which is conducive to promote economic development and the protection of human rights, which is beneficial to the realization of social justice and promote people’s free and overall development.This paper consists of six parts, the first part begin with two cases, namely the British and French raising the retirement age caused national strike, which show the current adjust the retirement age has become the important content of the reform of all countries.
