The substance of this thesis is on the basis of an enigmatic analysis and discussion to the retirement system implementing in China. Recent years, China has moved into aging society, meanwhile, the new increasing employed population has been up to 18,000,000 by the end of 2010. Facing such a huge pressure, the Chinese government and the various sections of society begin to thinking about the reform of Chinese retirement system.On the basis of draw lesson of retirement system reform from both home and abroad, the thesis concludes 6 parts. The first and second parts are mainly the introduction and the literature review, which conclude the mainstream of experts and scholars in the field of social society and labor economy. The third part mainly analyzes the experience of retirement policy both in and abroad. The forth part is the feasibility analysis of women's flexible retirement system in microcosmic and macrocosmic. The fifth part is the designation of women's flexible retirement system on terms of retirement ages and retirement pension, in which presents that all system should be obedience of objective realities of the country. The sixth part is the conclusion paragraph of the thesis.In general, the thesis is to propose some suggestions to the recent issue of retirement system. The author hopes that it could be help to the whole system of social security.
