A Study On Location Problem Of Heilongjiang Province Regional Logistics Distribution Center

Under the integration of global regional economic, regional logistics becomes animportant area of modern logistics. The major idea of regional logistics is to serve the region’seconomic development, while it focuses on improving the level of the region and efficiencyof logistics activities, expanding the scale and scope of radiation of logistics activities,improving the region’s overall economic strength. Heilongjiang Province, the heart ofNortheast Asia, is not only the important energy, national commodity grain, raw materials,and heavy chemical industry base, but also one of the northeast old industrial bases. There arehuge potential and broad prospects to develop modern logistics industry.In this paper, it qualitative analyses the status of logistics development in HeilongjiangProvince and the location of regional logistics distribution center firstly, with the purpose topromote the development of regional logistics, to integrate logistics resources in HeilongjiangProvince, and to provide a theoretical frame of regional logistics center. Second, it defines aclear concept of regional distribution center, classification and function. Combined with thedevelopment of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province, it analyses the influence factorsof regional logistics distribution center location, and establishes an evaluation index system ofregional distribution center in Heilongjiang Province. Thirdly, on the base of qualitativeanalysis, it constructs a regional logistics distribution center location model, with the methodsof gravity method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis, and shows the modelsolution of the genetic algorithm, which is proved the advanced nature with the numericalexample. This provides a theoretical basis and practical ideas to optimizing the developmentof regional logistics network and logistics to provide. Finally, it raises a set of supportingmeasures for Heilongjiang Province to promote regional logistics distribution center locationincluding the aspects of government, logistics companies and logistics industry associations.
