Optimization Of Industrial Structure In Shanxi Based On The Perspective Of The New Industrialization

Since the reform and opening-up began32years ago, while theShanxi has made great achievements in economy development, there alsoappeared some problems. The economic growth of Shanxi is based on thetraditional economy mode, so there are a lot of issues, such as hugeresources consumption, serious environmental pollution, and low layersof industrial structure and so on. Especially Shanxi takes the advantage ofcoal resource for a long time, and has formed the industrial structurewhich relies on the heavy industry, but overlooked the development ofPrimary industry and Tertiary industry. This has a great influence on thesustainable development of economy in Shanxi Province.The newindustrialization is effective measures for the most pressing market,industry and environment problems. Shanxi province must base on theactual, play advantage, seek way, promote the new industrialization andrealize the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the research of the current situation in Shanxi industrialstructure, the article concludes that the resource consumption andeconomic development in Shanxi Province don’t coordinate; Three bigirrational industrial structure, the proportion of the second industry toolarge, large degree of environmental pollution, a slow development offirst and third industry, technology content is low; Leading industrylimited resources reserve, long-term development disorder, cause a series of environmental pollution, resource destruction deep problem andconflict.The article argues that, Shanxi Province should be under the newindustrialization, from low carbon, informationization, marketization andinternationalization direction, according to its own resources, economicactual, optimize industrial structure, develop adjust measures to localconditions, each characteristic of the industrial structure optimizationmodel.
