Information Technology (IT) rapid development, is a profound impact on theorganizational change and ability to adjust the core business, from20th century70’s,the various countries to information technology investment scale is getting bigger andbigger. IT investment on output and the influence of enterprise performance alreadyincreasingly drawn researchers and enterprise management personnel’s attention.This paper through a comprehensive review of the literature, clear the maindisadvantages of current research and omissions. In our country’s22listed company12years panel data as a sample, mainly discusses (l) information technology investmentand corporate assets management performance relations;(2information technologyinvestment and corporate earnings performance relations);(3) information technologyinvestment and corporate value relations. Under the background in China trying toempirically profit redistribution to further research hypothesis,in order to further studyIT productivity paradox problem、IT investment time lag effect.The results show that the information system, The company’s asset managementperformance significantly improved.The profit performance of listed companiesincreased significantly. In the short term, the information system of the listed companyvalue by a significant positive effects, as time goes on, the positive effect to increasegradually. Research based on one hand helps us to verify that developed countries oninformation technology investment and performance relationship in China whethergenerality, what is unique;On the other hand, also to know the impact of informationtechnology and performance relationship of some key factors for enterprise informationconstruction to provide valuable experience evidence.
