Partnering mode originated in the United States, which is a new type of projectmanagement mode, it is dedicated to research the relationship between the parties of aproject, making the project participants to the successful implementation of thecommon goal ultimately. Because of its advantages of lowering transaction costs,shortening the construction period, reducing conflict in construction implementation,theoretical research about it and application of it theoretical research around industrialengineering construction in Canada, England, Australia, Singapore, Japan, HongKong, Taiwan, and other countries and regions is widely.With the current trend of world economic integration development background,and the need to address existing problems are related to the parties involved in theconstruction industry how to achieve effective cooperation between the full use ofcommunity resources to achieve self-aggrandizement, and ultimately improve overalleconomic, social, technology and resources to meet the case, the level of projectmanagement can meet the needs of the construction process management to achievethe ultimate goal of the project becomes very important. Therefore, the constructionmarket calls for a new project management mode to adapt to the need of development,the Partnering mode emerged in time and gradually become as the times require focusin the construction industry.Existing research on Partnering mode are mostly based on the perspective ofowners, this article is from another angle, namely,this is from the perspective of thegeneral contractor to study, breaking the existing scope of the study.
