EPC Mode General Contractor Risk Guard Mechanism Research

Since the implementation of EPC process models exist in the project's many advantages, the implementation of construction projects EPC contract model is a general trend.In EPC projects, the general contractor has undertaken most of the risk, for the general contractor, how to strengthen risk management and reduce the risk of the project construction period to ensure the project is in accordance with the contract requirements of the general contractor to complete the important work of project management one. Therefore, this paper select the general contractor under the EPC mode as the study of risk prevention, the use of empirical estimation, survey, etc and access to a large number of risk management literature, the general contractor on the basis of risk identification, then use the gray clustering Methods risk evaluation index system, the general contractor of the quantitative risk assessment phase, obtained in the course of EPC projects at different stages in which the general contractor's level of risk. Then, combining all stages of the general contractor's level of risk, proposed risk response measures.
