Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Governance In Knowledge-based Enterprises

With the advent and development of knowledge economy, knowledgesource is becoming an enssential embodiment of enterprise competitiveadvantage.Regarding to the process of knowledge activity is so complicatedand special,especially to the knowledge-based enterprises. Based on thereview and analysis of relevant research,this research selectedknowledge-based enterprises as research objects to analyze the connotationand the characteristic of it.And then we concluded the affecting factors anddivided them into four aspects as the knowledge characteristicsfactors,knowledge activity persons factors,the context of knowledge acitvityin and out of enterprise factors.We surveyed203companies by using questionnaires.During the dataprocessing,some important conclusions are as follows:(1)There is asignificant difference among three types of knowledge-based enterprises inknowledge governance results,and it also reflects in the different degree ofeducation.(2)The most important factors which affected the knowledgegovernance results are the degree of the tacit knowledge in the knowledgecharacteristics factors.The internal and external conext in enterprise couldreduce the complicated situation in knowledge activity.(3)The capacity ofknowledge is the most important influence factors in the knowledge personfactors,which would decided the position and function internal or external ofknowledge activity.(4)The level of knowledge sharing in the team,management features and the degree of knowledge management system are allplay certain positive regulatory role in the context of knowledge activity inenterprises.(5)The context out of enterprises factor can provide a lotinformation about enterprises,but in all they play a certain negative regulatoryrole in the knowledge acitvity.
