In the "Internet+" economic era,the high-tech enterprises must acquire and maintain their competitive advantages in the fierce market competition mainly by relying on the innovation ability of enterprises,and the innovative ability of enterprises is the combination of innovative capabilities of employees in enterprises.Therefore,enterprises should focus on the cultivation and development of employees' innovation ability,especially the innovation ability of knowledge workers,who play an important role in the R&D process.Individuals' innovation ability is actually the ability of individuals to acquire knowledge through various ways,then integrate these knowledge,generate innovative ideas and put them into practice.The main way for individuals to acquire knowledge is knowledge sharing,and enterprises can promote knowledge sharing behavior of employees through knowledge governance,and help enterprises realize knowledge sharing and effective utilization.It can enable enterprises to fully integrate and utilize internal and external knowledge,so as to enhance the innovation ability of knowledge workers and enterprises,and enable enterprises to acquire and maintain competitive advantages.This study attempts to study the relationship between knowledge governance,knowledge sharing and employees' innovation ability through empirical research methods.After combing the theories and literature related to these three,this study finds that some literatures have confirmed knowledge governance can influence knowledge sharing,also,knowledge sharing can influence employees' innovation ability.However,this study has not found the literature which combines the three to study,and this aspect needs to be further studied.Therefore,based on the research results of predecessors,this study combines the characteristics of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises with the background of the "Internet +" era to establish a model between knowledge governance,knowledge sharing and knowledge workers' innovation ability.Knowledge governance is taken as an independent variable,knowledge sharing as a mediator variable,and knowledge workers' innovation ability as a dependent variable.Using SPSS25.0 and Amos25.0,the questionnaire data of 284 knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises were analyzed by correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis.The relationship among knowledge governance,knowledge sharing and innovation ability of knowledge workers is empirically studied.The results show that formal knowledge governance,informal knowledge governance and their interaction have a positive impact on knowledge sharing;explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing have a positive impact on knowledge workers' innovation ability;both explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing can play a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge workers' innovation ability.The results of this study can not only enrich the theoretical research on knowledge governance,knowledge sharing and innovation ability of knowledge workers to a certain extent,but also provide practical guidance for knowledge governance practice of high-tech enterprises.
