Study On Construction Of Bank Knowledge Sharing System That Based On The Core Competitiveness

In Knowledge Economy Age, enterprises have entered the fast competition erawith Knowledge and globalization becomes the basic trend of economic development.Banks participate in more fierce market competition, and face the pressureincreaseing day by day with the impact of the global economic and dockinginternational financial track. Knowledge sharing as the main contents of knowledgemanagement, has become the key link of enhancing the core competitiveness ofbanks. This paper studies the knowledge sharing system construction from the corecompetitiveness as the foundation, mainly from the following several aspects:First of all, based on the research of the core competitiveness of enterprises,knowledge sharing theory and the related theory of experts and scholars oncompetitiveness and knowledge sharing research conclusion, this paper studies theconstruction of knowledge sharing system from the internal system, external two-waysubsystem, subsystem, multidirectional alliance knowledge support system, incentivemechanism and so on five aspects, and for each hand subsystems are discussed indetail;Secondly, this paper mainly studies three kinds of mode,such as the team targetmode, perfect team process model, informal way pattern,after analysing the influenceof Bank knowledge sharing both internal and external factors. What’s more,according to the character and stage of bank, it puts forward the reasonableoptimization optionsFinally, combined with the actual case, to the Jinjiang rural cooperative bank asan example author proposed to the line build knowledge to share a system specificideas, from the analysis, evaluation of the angle carries on the elaboration, pointed outthat the Jinjiang rural cooperative bank shall in personnel and equipment, to build aknowledge management platform and other hardware facilities construction and theestablishment of the knowledge sharing system, knowledge sharing system, to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, scientific leading method and reasonableincentive mechanism, software infrastructure aspects.This paper analyzes the bank construction of knowledge sharing system,influence knowledge sharing system mode selection factors, to a certain extent, andfurther improve the bank knowledge sharing theory research.
