As an important tool and means, modern enterprises human resourcesmanagement can evaluate employee contributions, motivate employee,improve the efficiency of enterprises, reach the company strategic objective.This article first describes company organization and basic conditions ofperformance management of PICChealth, Shanghai Branch, analyses theproblems about performance management in the work. Then the authorprovides information about performance management design theory, anddesigns a key performance indicators (KPI) system based on balancedscorecard (BSC) to improve performance management. The author works outthe detailed implementation process and steps to ensure that planning,implementation, feedback and application as a process can work optimally.Finally, the author puts some specific recommendations on the implementationof system, and confirms that new system have a better future.When designing the performance plan, the author points out that KPI ismisunderstood by some managers, and expounds the KPI is not only resultassessment, but also is management-by objectives. In addition article alsopointed out that the360-degree evaluation and is not only to obtain results, butmore of a tool for performance and means of communication.
