Study On The Construction Of Standardization Management System For Power Plant Maintenance

With the deepening of reform on power enterprises system, power enterprises carrying out standardization construction has become the important measure to improve enterprises’ management level and competitiveness. At present, the operating pressure and the improved management level of power enterprises requires that the power generation equipment maintenance must find effective ways to meet the needs of safe and stable operation of power generation enterprises’security unit for long periods and reducing operating costs. The standardization of power generation equipments’maintenance management is an inevitable result of the development from maintenance management to standardized management, and is also the developed direction of maintenance management.In recent years, some power enterprises in China have made attempts on the standardized operation of the on-site maintenance, and it plays a good role in practical application. But from the maintenance project, maintenance team, goods delivery, to the field work, and then to the acceptance and end, the multi-objective and multi-factor management of the entire process, it still doesn’t have a standardization system for support.Based on the background above, this study uses the thought and method of standardized management, combined with the theory of project management, and constructs the standardized maintenance management system. According to the basic principles and requirements of large system engineering standardized management, and based on the application of standardized management mode in the power generating equipment maintenance project, the power generation equipment maintenance management system is divided into five modules. And the standardized resource allocation is carried on comprehensively, combined with the standardized safety management mode, quality management mode and process management mode. And the standardized management is carried in the whole process of the whole life cycle of the power generation equipments’maintenance project.This paper takes the application of the standardized management system in the#2unit maintenance project of Ningdong power plant as an example, and analyzes and summarizes the implementation and results of standardized management system. Thus it proves that power generation equipment maintenance, which after the implementation of standardized management, can realize the standardization, modularization, process, form and information of maintenance management and increase maintenance efficiency. At the same time, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the implementation of standardized management, and it has an instructive and directive significance to provide some experience for the implementation of standardized management of power generation equipment’s maintenance projects.
