Study On Optimization Of Spatial Structure In Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration

In the background of forming a experimental comprehensive reform zone of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration leaded by the policy of "build a society of two types" and by the strategy of "implement the new urbanization in Hunan Province" as well as "forming the '3+5' urban agglomerations",this article is guided with geography,economics, sociology,ecology and other interdisciplinary subject,and based on the theory containing the strategy of sustainable development,regional coordination,complex ecosystem,the geographical division of labor theory and the theory of the development of the regional space.In order to finish the analysis,we use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research method of a comprehensive study ideas to analysis from the aspect of dynamic historical evolution to static current characteristics, from law description to phenomenon explore,from the issue-oriented guide to target the sub-regional,sub-sessions.After systemic anglicizing the population,economy,land,urban system space structure and the current characteristics of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration,the research of seeking the problems now existing in the space structure and the cause for these problems is carried out in the article and in the end it proposes the optimization objectives and strategy.The results of the research show that:(1)The gathered and nodes of population spatial distribution in Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is weak,the gradient and axis is concentrative;There are many differences and resemblances existing in the economic space structure;some characteristics of spatial use pattern such as diversity,the concentration of the eve,nness of the characteristics and advantages are obvious.Present a town space structure with the shape of "⊿+井".(2)Currently the spatial structure of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomerations is overall lack of coordination.The problems mainly lie on the aspect below:dispersive population distribution,limited space of industry consolidation,poor links of infrastructure,disorder land-use patterns,detuning of ecological landscape and some other problems.The fragmented management system, mutual interference with the city functions and transport conditions,space planning deficiencies,the impact of regional policies,and the public concept of the existence of obstacles are influencing factors for the problems proposed above.(3)The optimization objective in Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is with the shape of "circle" shape+ "green heart" in short-term and "⊿"+"axial belt" open,interval, ecotypic spatial structure in long-term.
