Study On Industrial Transfer Path Of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration

Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is the key area of Hunan province "Two-oriented society" construction. The stand or fall its development is directly related to the development of Hunan province and even the China’s central region. Throughout the development of backward countries and region, industrial transfer is rapid path to realize the great-leap-forward development. Based on the condition, possibilities and analysis of present situation and the existing problems are formed a conclusion. To provide new ideas for a period of time in the future of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration industry transfer.In this paper, this is the breakthrough point of the research. Reference to relevant theories, on the basis of in-depth analysis of experts’research results combined with the industrial transfer foundation, the present situation of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, carried out on the path of the industrial transfer of empirical research.Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of the industrial transfers of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration. Come to the conclusion the three advantages and the three big problem of the industrial transfer.Secondly, using the improved TOPSIS model analyzes economic gradient position. The urban agglomeration is not only has the ability to undertaking industry also has the ability to transfer industry to less developed areas in the province.Thirdly, the path of industrial choice is based on industrial gradient coefficient of advantage industry, referencing east five provinces and cities’transfer trend industry. The urban agglomeration major undertake copy printing and recording media industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling industry, tobacco products, chemical raw materials and chemical products and so on. Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration has ten industries such as textiles; chemical fiber industry can transfer by using industrial concentration index.Fourth, by using grey correlation analysis method, the undertaking industrial transfer path of correlation between the influence factors of spatial configuration has been resulted that the major factor is traffic conditions.Comprehensive industry transfer path of longitudinal and transverse space configuration, the spatial configuration locates in "A gallery five-axis".According to the scope of economic radiation of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, the Hengyang, Loudi, Yiyang, Yueyang, Changde are the cities that can undertake the industry from urban agglomeration. In combination with principal component analysis it is concluded that Chang-Zhu-Tan-Yueyang industrial development belt, Chang-Zhu-Tan-Hengyang industrial development belt and Chang-Zhu-Tan-Yiyang industry development belt, the Chang-Zhu-Tan-Loudi industry development belt, Chang-Zhu-Tan-Loudi industry development belt.Finally, the paper from two aspects put forwarding the measures and countermeasures to improving the industrial transfer.
