Study On Selecting E-commerce Logistic Model For Company H Under Low Carbon Economy

At the developed information age, e-commerce is becoming more and moreimportant. It is not only a new model of business management, which can streamlinebusiness process and share information resource, but also it make work and businesspaperless, just can meet the requirements of low carbon economy and sustainabledevelopment. With the development of customer’s individual needs and trading volume,logistics can’t keep up with the pace of e-commerce. It has many defect: Long deliverycycle, roundabout transport, excessive packaging and poor service. The quality of logisticsservice can effect the image and profit of enterprises, logistics is becoming a company’scompetitiveness, it directly effect the company’s development. So it is necessary to choosea suitable model for enterprises.This article based on the theory of e-commerce, low carbon economy and reverselogistics,summarize their relationship, analyse and compare common logistics models andreverse logistics models, summarize their advantages and disadvantages and analyse theapplication of e-commerce companies’ logictics model.Then on the base of company H’s present situation,for enterprises like H (engaged intraditional manufacturing then get into e-commerce market), this article put forward a newmodel-----distributors shared logistics model, introduce it’s connotation, processes,advantages and disadvantages compared with other models, and then account company’sprofits by demand function and profit function.Then we use Grey hierarchy method based on FAHP(Fuzzy Analytical HierarchyProcess) to choose company H’s logistics model, confirm distributors shared logisticsmodel is the suitable model. Finally this article put forward suggestion andcountermeasures for company H from the perspective of government and enterprises.
