Study On The Modelof Industrial Gradient Transfer

With the deepening of global economic integration and the coordinated region economy, theproblem of industry transfer has been paid attention by more and more people. The national"125" planning pointed out that Beijing is focus on the development of emerging strategicindustry and service industry in the future. Under the influence of Beijing’s new positioning andthe upgrading of the industrial structure, how to undertake the industrial transfer from Beijing toHebei reasonably and effectively is the key to the future development. Based on suchbackground, I open up the model research of industrial gradient transfer is significant.We keep our eyes on the history process and development of the industrial transfer at homeand abroad for experience, analyze the new trend and summarize the experience. The industrialgradient research is constituted of two parts: model of endowment factor and industrial gradienttransfer. In the research on endowment factors model, we set natural resources, labor element,capital factor and technology4aspects for example to analysis the factors affecting industrialgradient transfer. Comparing the differences of production elements between Beijing and Hebei,we set up the endowment analysis model by factor analysis on labor and capital level of11areasin Hebei, which making basis for the industrial transfer. In the research on industrial gradienttransfer, we calculate the industrial gradient coefficient and relative industrial gradientcoefficient of Beijing and Heibei and devide the types into three parts: totally transferred, partlytransferred and retained developed. At last, I combine it with the industrial development statusand determine the transfer strategy.
