The article focuses on knowledge management practices of multinational company Hwith support of internal processes and network technical. Organizational memory(knowledge, experience) is considered as a key factor to gain a competitive advantage. Awidely used computer system makes the practical knowledge and other knowledge assetaccumulated much easier, and improves the efficiency of knowledge-intensive work.This article lists the three H company’s knowledge-sharing practical cases, analyzedthe actual knowledge sharing progress in accordance with Company H of the knowledgemanagement process. Following the analysis of the three knowledge-sharing cases,Company H in terms of both management and technical guarantee of knowledgemanagement. Company H have built a unique engineer-oriented culture, engineers takepride in sharing knowledge, a lot non-formal technology organizational guaranteeknowledge sharing. Company H did not establish an independent knowledge managementorganization, no chief knowledge officer has been appointed. All knowledge managementresponsibilities have been embedded into the existed organizations; knowledge creator andowner take full duty. Matched with this organizational structure, company H pushknowledge sharing with direct and indirect incentives, employees will get deserved actualbenefit and inner satisfaction through the knowledge sharing. Company H also bound theemployee career development plan and knowledge management together, and those whocreate knowledge and like to share their knowledge will get a better career life inCompany H. Compliance with knowledge management organizational structure, Hcompany’s knowledge management information system is embedded into the existingengineering information systems, people need not learn a new system for sharingknowledge. And the knowledge is also easy to be accessed, so that it can generate morebenefits easily as soon as possible.
