Communications Project Funding Management Research Based On The AHP

How to conduct scientific allocation of funds, reduce theimpact on project schedule, is a communication project of key problems to be solved.Communication design company plays a crucial role in communication project as theservice support units of communications construction company, it is proposed to use theanalytic hierarchy process to solve this problem.Capital allocation problem is a complex decision problem, this paper adopts theAnalytic Hierarchy Process as the main way of solving this problem. Through theinfluence of communication project capital allocation are analyzed, summarized the mainfactors of the effects of allocation of funds management, and to establish a communicationdesign project budget allocation management hierarchy model, using the qualitative andquantitative method to get the weight of each factor, through the actual project applicationand comparison, received a good effect. At the same time for operators and design unit inallocation of funds management provides a new decision mode and method, is thecommunication in project management of funds allocation in a beneficial attempt.
