Nowadays, as the climate anomalies and the disasters to human which come with theglobal warming have increasingly been highlighted, carbon emissions was more and moreconcerned. Besides using technological progress and the strategic planning of socialdevelopment to control the carbon emissions that come from the social production, wealso can put our attention on the micro level of the operations of enterprise or thecooperation of the enterprises to reduce carbon emissions of the society.This dissertation is focused on the operation rule of supply chain in various kinds ofcarbon emissions policies. In this paper, the cooperative low-carbon supply chain, thehalf-cooperative low-carbon supply chain and the independent low-carbon supply chainmodels in different carbon emissions policies are built, which each includes a manufactureand a supplier, and also the fact that these models are convex programming was proved, sothey have the optimal solutions. After the numerical computing and analysis ofcooperative low-carbon supply chain models in the carbon emissions cap policy, the fixedcarbon rate policy, the step carbon rate policy, the carbon offsets policy and the carboncap and trade policy, the performances and the operation rules of the low carbon supplychain in various carbon emissions polices was studied, and the way that carbon emissionspolicies influence the low carbon supply chain was revealed, as well as the impact of thestrength changes of these policies to the cost and carbon emissions of the supply chain, theresult of the study have reference value for the optimal operation of supply chain invarious carbon emission policies.Also in this dissertation the comparation among the cooperative low-carbon supplychain, half-cooperative low-carbon supply chain and independent low-carbon supply chainis`presented, according to the comparative analysis of the cost and carbon emissions ofthe three kinds of supply chain mentioned above, the cooperative low-carbon supply chainhave the lowest cost and the highest carbon emissions because of its capacity of cooperation; and the half-cooperative low-carbon supply chain reaches its optimal staticstatus at the least carbon caps of all, because of its manufacture almost don’t needadjustment to reach its static status which restrains the supply chain’s ability to adjust itsoperation; in these three kinds of supply chains; the independent low-carbon supply chainhave the worst performance, on the contrary which stress on the importance ofcooperation of supply chain in various carbon policies.
