Everywhere there is competition. Social resources are limited, but social demandsare unlimited. Enterprises’ behaviors of competing for limited resources make the extentof competition of the market become more and more drastic. With the rapid developmentof economic globalization and technology, enterprises’ external environment andmanagement model have changed fundamentally. To some degree, it intensifies the extentof competition. Dynamic changes of enterprises’ external environment weaken thecompetitive advantages which have been built. In order to maintain a dominant position inthe industry, enterprises must respond to the environmental changes timely and effectively,and build competitive advantages. It depends on the dynamic capability of an enterprise.In this paper, the study on the dynamic capability is based on the theories ofTeece.This paper agrees the view that dynamic capability is the capability which can buildother capabilities of an enterprise, through adjusting and allocating interior and exteriorresources to build new competitive advantages. Dynamic capability is a kind of high-ordercapability. The author believes that cultivating and improving dynamic capability is torespond to dynamic changes of competitive environment better.Based on related research results, the author puts forward a mechanism of dynamiccapability aiming at enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and breaks downdynamic capability into six dimensions: perception capability reform and innovationcapability, organization capability, enterprise culture, entrepreneur capability, dailyoperation capability. For each dimension, corresponding evaluation indexes are built. Inthe part of empirical research, using WGO Company as a sample, the author measures thedynamic capability of WGO applying the method of Fuzzy-AHP according to theevaluation model built in the foregoing chapter.The starting point of this study is to analyze the connotation of dynamic capability,and the ultimate goal is to find ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of evaluation results, the author believes that an enterprise canenhance its dynamic capability from aspects of information processing ability,organizational flexibility, organizational learning, and management core.
