At home and abroad financial dynamic capacity research is still in its initial stage, the theoretical research results still far behind the development of practice.Company’s financial dynamic capabilities of new exploration, has important theoretical and realistic significance. Companies has the concept of development, always pay attention to not only the external market structure dynamic and economy, is also committed to continuously developing the company’s internal financial dynamic capabilities. This is beneficial to strengthen and improve the level of corporate financial dynamic capabilities, and help us to experts and scholars on the understanding of the financial evaluation of the dynamic capability theory. Company always is in turbulent and changeable environment, which requires it to active in response to the changes quickly and accurately understand the current situation and development trends, and always be ready.Mainly by the dynamic capability theory, financial capacity is based on theory and method of dynamic economics theory, adopt the method of combining normative research and empirical research, adhere to the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the principle of practicability, maneuverability, constantly discussion and the research dynamic ability level affect the company’s financial evaluation theory and method. Specific summarized as follows:first, to the company’s environment and the research status at home and abroad understand and carefully analysis, detailed description of the company’s financial dynamic capability evaluation research involves the theory meaning and concept, and show the link between each other. Introduce the meaning of financial dynamic capability, characteristics and composition and their relationship; Second, on the basis of literature review, uses the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation analysis method, the relevant experts and scholars on financial based on the study of the dynamic capability, and establish the evaluation index system, on the dynamics of the company’s financial ability to study by trend analysis and related data sorting.In Sichuan Chang Hong Company as a case, using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method, to evaluate its financial dynamic capability, using stochastic simulation method at the same time, using the simulation data and chart to analysis the company’s financial and operating conditions. Results show that through the analysis of the evaluation of Sichuan Chang Hong Company, verify the correctness of the model, is able to evaluate company’s business situation, to help management to select a more reasonable decision.
