| With the acceleration of the economic globalization, the high-tech enterpriseswhich have great significance to the national economy are facing with the fiercemarket competition, it’s necessary for the enterprises to improve their technologicalinnovation capability to enhance the core competitiveness if they need survival anddevelopment. Only through the last of the technological innovation and marketing theproduct and technology can ensure the enterprises’ profits so as to capture the marketand achieve the sustainable development.Nowadays, high-tech enterprise has become the driving force of Shaanxieconomic development and industrial upgrading. Based on the own resources, thehigh-tech enterprises in Shaanxi which show great development potential haveachieved a lot in innovation, and the technological innovation capability improvescontinuously. Meanwhile, as the instruction and safeguard of innovation activity, thetechnological innovation mode has a great significance to the enterprises. So based onthe previous studies, this paper adopts the qualitative and quantitative method as wellas the research to study the evaluation of technological innovation capability and themode’s selection of Shaanxi high-tech enterprise, and through the analysis of caseapplication to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainabledevelopment of Shaanxi high-tech enterprises. The results are as below:(1) Based on the existing research, the correlation theory such as high-techenterprise, technological innovation, technological innovation capability and mode aswell as the relationship between capability and mode are summarized so as to makethe foundation for the following introductions.(2) The conclusions have been made through the analysis of the currentinnovation: Nowadays our country’s high-tech industry has higher R&D input level,the enterprise innovates actively, and the achievements are remarkable. Then theproblem has been found that Shaanxi high-tech industry owns strong innovation basesuch as the science&education, the policy, but various industries development level is different. Meanwhile, the survey found that the innovation level in Shaanxihigh-tech enterprise shows higher, the R&D team is strong; the consciousness ofintellectural property rights protection has enhanced and has better market sensitivity,but the investment in R&D still show inadequate and so on.(3) Through the research, the technological innovation mode of high-techenterprise in Shaanxi mainly contains hatch-growth mode, cooperation innovationmode and independent innovation mode; meanwhile, the mode’s selection isinfluenced by talents, funding, and the innovation environment. Based on this, thispaper analyses the factors which can influence the mode’s selection; and through theassociation of the mode and capacity, the result has been made that the technologicalinnovation capability and the mode of both is mutual matching.(4) The technological innovation capacity’s index system of Shaanxi high-techenterprises is constructed which mainly contains four aspects: the innovation inputcapacity, production capacity, output capacity and management capacity. Then use thefuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to evaluate the technical innovation capacity.Beside that, this paper combines the capacity with the mode creatively, and throughthe IE matrix and QSPM matrix to build the model of innovation mode choice.(5) Through investigation, this paper choose A company as the case analysis andmake the conclusions that the technological innovation capability of A company isgood, and the medical equipment and biological medicine industry are facing greatopportunity, so it’s better for A company to choose the combination of cooperativeinnovation and independent innovation, and gradually enhance the capacity ofindependent innovation.Finally, by summarizing the correlative theory, and through the investigation andcase analysis, this paper presents several countermeasures and suggestions such asenhancing the innovation input, strengthening the financial support form governmentto enterprises, improving the intellectual property rights protection system,strengthening the cooperation of industry, knowledge and research to promote thedevelopment of high-tech enterprise technological innovation in Shaanxi province. |
