With economy’s growth and the improvement of living, people pay more andmore attention on body’s health and beauty. The cosmetic consumption in domestic marketgets pretty increased accordingly. Being a part of the cosmetic industry, cosmetic packageproduction company now has entered a new historical era with blowout and diversity ofdemand and with stricter request on product quality and safety. Facing with the newdemand and new situation, most of the quality control patterns in the domestic companystill stay at90’s level which can’t meet the new challenge of the market. Cosmetic packageproduction companies need the related theoretical research urgently to help improve butwhich now is almost blank.The article analyzes the incapability of project development quality managementsystem in cosmetic package company and the challenge under the new market environmentby the case of company A. On this premise, this article propose and establish an integratedand diversity project quality control system mold which is based onISO9000,GMPC\CGMP,TS16949and also comprehensively consider the character ofcosmetic package. This article also makes out the solution from the micro-level for theapplication of mathematical mold of decision making and different quality tool applicationin varied phases. The aim of the paper is to promote the efficiency and effect of projectdeveloping quality management system through company’s practice.
