Study On The Production Logistics Of Aircraft Final Assembly

China is vigorously developing domestic civil aircraft manufacturing industry,ARJ(advance regional jet) project and C919trunk line aircraft project start in succession,in order to cope with the leading international company’s competition, China needs todevelop its own characteristics aircraft assembly technology, a high level productionlogistics is one of the aircraft assembly technology foundations. At present the productionlogistics of our country aircraft manufactory in very backward level: many assembly partsby manual handling, warehouse and temporary storage zone were located by experiencethough the Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. launched mobile station assemblyline through technical innovation. But the production logistics system has never beenadjusted. The previous logistic facilities layout is not based on the new assembly line needs,production logistics are not bear full load production pressure testing. This kind ofproduction logistics can not meet the aircraft developing project needs, therefore theassembly production logistics problem is very necessary to research.This article through researches the production logistics system, takes into account theassembly parts’ weight, volume and handling difficulty, analyses the actual mobile stationassembly line, confirmed all the logistic route equivalent flow capacity, through thestatistics of the equivalent flow capacity to find out the influence factors of logistics gross,through adjust the location of warehouse and the storage method of the assembly parts toshort the route length and reduce the freight volume in production process and improveefficiency purposes.
