Focus on the research of aircraft assembly manufacturing project risk, focusing on developing risk partners on aircraft project risk, lays the foundation for the follow-up research; comprehensive risk analysis of types of aircraft assembly manufacturing project contains, the organization goal, organization structure, organization system, execute cooperative organizations such as risk factors, analysis framework the relevant organization risk, and leads to establish suitable for aircraft assembly manufacturing system of risk management.Secondly, using the method of questionnaire investigation, through the actual investigation and access to relevant data, analysis, for further statistical theory to provide the necessary basis, to further improve the research conclusion.
