Facility Management System Scheme Evaluation Based On Systems Methodology

Along with the industry value chain decomposition and professionaldevelopment, property management appear fine tendency, and from labor-intensivegradually transformed into knowledge intensive, in property management, on thebasis of ascension produced a new type of field, facility management system. Facilitymanagement system content quite large and complicated, from facilities constructionplanning, design, construction, operation and until facilities management of the assetsdisposal, belong to the category of management system. Study and find a suitable forthe complex system theory is very necessary.Firstly, this paper under the guidance of systems methodology, focus on facilitiesmanagement scheme evaluation in this complicated problem. The present situationanalysis of the facility management this unique discipline at home and abroad, inresearch facility management under the premise of definition and goal, this paper putsforward a more perfect scheme evaluation index system.Secondly, after establishing the scheme evaluation index system, analysis andresearch of the traditional system evaluation method and traditional method in theapplication of facilities management scheme evaluation, and then in the traditionalsystem under the guidance of the concept of evaluation method is proposed based onshow for comparison and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) facility managementscheme evaluation method and evaluation model.In the last chapter combining enterprise actual case background, using theproposed scheme evaluation model and method, the enterprise actual case method toestablish the evaluation index, evaluation weight and comprehensive schemeevaluation, finally through the specific data validation evaluation method is effectiveand practical.
