Research And Application On Decision And Evaluation Method For Telematics Product Development Project

Due to unreasonable decision system,some new product development project went beyond the expectation.Based on the project decision and evaluation theories and the status analysis ofTelematics industry and Comany S operation, we want to find a good method duringproject decision phase to improve the success rate of new Telematics product project forComany S.After the conclution of the4characters of Telematics new product developmentproject as customer experience, high-technology, IT development project management andcross industrial cooperation, we point out the problems of Comany S decision system likedecision maker, information, method and process. Then based on the project criticalsuccess factors, we establish the evaluation index system, combined of the company value,product value, technology, project management and operation support. And the weight ofeach index will be defined by AHP. We can carry out the project assessment with Fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. The new method has been applied to6real cases of Comany Sto get the priority, electric vehicle mobile app, dedicated seat for Vehicle Model A, realtime traffic, internet navigation, vehicle diagnostics in SMS and medical consulting. Whencompared with the previous decision and current project status, the new method isapproved to be reasonable. And an updated decision system is suggested based on thisstudy.
