Whether the corporation can have glamorous future depends heavily on the plan,control and implementation of the strategic management. By analyzing the inner orouter factor of enterprise strategy, the root cause of enterprise innovation, the questionof how to consider the change of inner or outer circumstances in the process ofdrawing up the enterprise strategy and the matter of how to deal with the inner orouter factor of strategies and how to control or implement them. It can be seen thatunder the circumstances of transformation in China’s economic development modeland the industrial upgrading, the enterprise strategies have to make adjustmentaccordingly. In the transformation of enterprise strategy, considering the foreign anddomestic circumstances as well as the problems existing in Chinese corporation, moreconsideration should be taken to the main question of the strategy planning,implementing and controlling. Furthermore, through the study of our current socialsystem and enterprise pattern as well as the history of several typical IT corporation inChina, such as the industrial structure and several solution to strategic transformation,from which the mode of development for our enterprise and its method of study canbe summarized.Chapter Three makes a profound study of the reason for puttingforward those solutions in the process of industrial upgrading based on thecommercial model, development experience and strategic transformation of someprestigious international IT corporation. Chapter Four makes a analysis of thequestion of as Chinese IT enterprise, how to cope with the challenge in the market andhow to make positive response to them as well as the meaning of making thosedecision. Finally the conclusion is that owing to the decrease in profit in IT industry,our market has evolved into a price-oriented and highly competitive phase. It isessential that the competition in services needs replace the competition in products.Chapter Five puts forward the idea of establishing the IT brand in services and givessome advice in theory and in practice on product design and research, raw materialpurchasing, manufacturing, order processing, logistics, channel distribution and directsales in order to abandon the single producing mode and its low-profit added value inthe future. Moreover, by analyzing the solution to strategy and product line carried out by some prestigious international enterprise in their process of strategictransformation and combining the status quo of one national famous IT enterprise, Isubmit a substantial proposal for innovation in industry chains.
