According to practical working, this thesis takes a small private company namedSunlanrfid Company as study sample. Just stepping into the early development stage,Sunlanrfid Company has faced lots of problems, such as difficulty in expansion,irregular inner management, weak agglomerate and executive power, greatly loss oftalent employees, unstable production quality, and loss of customers and market,which means development strategy must be planned in a scientific way for Sun LandCard Company to solve those problems from the root. The thesis describes company’scurrent situation at first, then analyzes all around the opportunities from the outersurroundings and threats, also points out the company’s competitive strong points andweakness, finally establishes the strategies leading the company to go forward. In aword, this thesis does researches in4aspects, such as organization construction, HRplanning, building up Quality management system, corporation culture formation anddesign out executive schemes, in order to support the execution of the company’sdevelopment strategies.This thesis is divided into6chapters.
