The network channel is a network of brokers and logistics intermediary,which isbased on the channel mode, with a wealth of information and fast transmission speedof rapid development, and becoming a part of peoples’ daily life. Compared withphysical channel, the development of network channel makes the perplexing channelsbecome simple, eliminates the physical channel in many links, products can bedirectly facing the terminal consumers, realize direct transaction. Many enterprises areby virtue of physical channels in development, network channel into the inevitableresult between conflict of interest. The new network channel as the main mode ofbusiness enterprises appeared inevitably to the entity channel as the main mode ofconflict of interest between the enterprises. In order to avoid or reduce the channelconflict of enterprises which have a negative impact, enterprises should take measuresto integrate such conflicts. this paper is to focus on these questions.This paper first on channel conflict theories to study, understand the presentresearch situation about the channel conflict and lay the theoretical foundation forfollowing research; then on the network channel and physical channel between thecompare analysis, aims to find out the conflicts between the two forms of expressionand in the theoretical research on the basis of the analysis of the causes of conflict;based on the Hotelling model spherical market model, through logical analysis andproof reasoning, demonstration of two channels in the competition should take themaximum principle of the difference, as the solutions are proposed to provide ascientific basis for.The research methods this paper have used contains: Literature research method,this paper studies the access to a large number of the channel conflict, channel conflictmanagement literature, master of the domestic and foreign research results in the pastand latest research developments, for writing the paper provides theory basis andreference; Model research, this paper continues the Hotelling alignment model andcircular market model, established a spherical market model, the network channel andtraditional channel conflict simulation, designed to solve or reduce conflicts provide abasis. Experimental method, this paper adopts the control group and experimental group and controlled experimental method, on a number of mobile phone networkchannels and physical channel development trend forecast, analysis, and put forwardto solve the channel conflict approach. This paper studies the network channel andphysical channel conflict problem is not a new problem, but in this paper, the processof creative will " Pal Cournot competition into the circular market evolution",proposed the channel conflict the spherical model, and based on the value chaincompetitive repositioning, classics such as the strategy to solve channel conflictproblems, research methods and research results of innovation.
