Then how to propel the work positively? One of important is the synthetic evaluation of management performance on mid-level managerial. Based on the study of mid-level managerial performance evaluation index, Performance check will affect the salary of employee and the change of post directly, and it also offers basis for the training of employee. It is the most important and most crucial link of the enterprise's human resource management system. It also has most problems in the present management campaign of human resource.This paper discussed the application of fuzzy mathematics in evaluating performance of mid-level managerial. We established a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate performance of mid-level managerial. Based on this, this paper demonstrates the process of evaluation with an example. The result of evaluation provides reason for strengthening ethic construction. |
