With the constant improvement of people’s material life and consumption ability,electronic products have been a kind of general goods in our life. The improvement ofscience and technology greatly accelerates the rate of replacement of electronic products.There are a lot of reusable materials in the waste electronic products, so directlydiscarding will not only pollute the environment, but also bring a waste of valuableresources. Our state is in a social environment that whole ecosystems can be affected byover-exploitation. In that case, how to remanufacture the waste electronic products andrealize the rational re-utilization of the resources with the low impaction on theenvironment is a meaningful research topic. It is well known that the number of electronicproducts is becoming larger and larger in China, and green retrieval remanufacturing is anintractable problem that we should face. The law-Waste Electrical and ElectronicEquipment which started to implement from January1,2011stipulates the extendedresponsibility of the electronic producers.This paper use some research methods to discussed the reverse logistics model ofelectronics manufacturers and build a remanufacturing logistics system which is launchedby third-party logistics services commercial. The following aspects are the main contentsof this paper:First, this paper deeply introduces fundamental theory of reverse logisticsand reverse logistics network, and expounds the relationship between traditional forwardlogistics and reverse logistics. We also summary implementation plans for wasteelectronic product reverse logistics in foreign, and on top of that, we submit measures tosolve the confusing situation of recycling of waste electronic product.Second, we devise aremanufacturing logistics system of waste electronic product for third-party logisticsservice provider. Medium and small manufactures outsource those reverse logistics tothird-party, and the later get the profit from dismantling or re-manufacturing of wasteelectronic products. Furthermore, paper design the model, with the aim of getting aminimum cost of the whole system.At last, we give solution method and use actual case tovalidate and calculate the model.
