The Suggestion Of Reverse Logistics Recycling Mode Of Waste Household Appliances Based On Extended Producer Responsibility System

The development of circular economy is a major concern of our government in recent years,and related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.With the policy of developing circular economy in China vigorously,issued a series of waste home appliances recycling laws and regulations,requirements of production responsibility system based on extension,improve the recycling rate of two pollution shall not cause environment,enterprises should earnestly fulfill the responsibility.The establishment of Tianjin Ziya recycling economy zone is to realize the development of circular economy in the region.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reverse logistics model of waste electrical home appliances for the development of circular economy in the park.In this paper,the domestic and foreign literature design questionnaire based on the senior management for Tianjin Ziya Recycling Economic Zone business of the 268 valid questionnaires,statistical results of analysis of the current situation of recycling waste household appliances based on the model of circular economy zone.Then,it introduces the experience of the recycling model of waste appliances in developed countries of Europe and America,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the recycling models in different countries.Based on the advanced experience of foreign countries,for the operation and recovery plan of the reverse logistics system of home appliance industry is analyzed,according to the different types of enterprises within the economic zone classification of reverse logistics model and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the current situation of circulating economy area based on the model of recycling waste household appliances,not only conducive to Tianjin Ziya circular economy zone enterprises to adapt to the producer responsibility system approval requirements,take the appropriate mode of reverse logistics according to their own situation;but also conducive to the recovery of the economic zone will model the successful experience to other domestic circular economy park promotion,has important reference value and reference meaning.
