Research On Recycling Mode Selection Of Waste Of Electric And Electronic Equipment In HR Enterprises Based On Extended Producer Responsibility System

The rapid renewal of electronic and electrical products(WEEE)leads to the increasing quantity of WEEE,which brings great pressure to the environment.WEEE is a resource with recycling value.In the recycling process,WEEE recycling can save the manufacturing cost and protect the ecological environment.With the development of extended producer responsibility system(EPR),manufacturers are required to be responsible for the life cycle of WEEE.This will not only help manufacturers to save manufacturing costs,but also can build a sound WEEE recycling system and enhance market competitiveness.Based on the status of WEEE recycling and the relevant theories of reverse supply chain,this paper focuses on the recycling mode choosing of WEEE considering government incentive policy and the level of product innovation under the EPR system in HR Enterprises among the manufacturer-led recycling mode,the retailer-led recycling mode and the joint third-party recycling enterprise recycling mode.First of all,according to the description of HR enterprise status and problems related assumptions,the definition of related parameters using Stackelberg game theory is put forward,and the profit function models of manufacturers,retailers and third-party recycling enterprises under three modes is constructed.Then,the optimal profit solution is solved using backward induction,and the results of profit calculation is analyzed and compared after the equilibrium solution is assigned to the parameters.The conclusion is that the optimal recovery model for HR Enterprises is manufacturer-led recovery model.Finally,through the analysis of the uncertain factors in WEEE recycling process for HR Enterprises,production planning and related decision-making is provide for references.
