With the development of economy, People’s housing needs and consumer attitudes arechanging, and then the property requirements is growing diversity, tending to be strict. Atpresent, most of cities in our country have been introducing a new property managementsystem. The property management industry becomes mature, competition amongcompanies of property management having become increasingly fierce. With the sustainedand stable economic growth, the size and conditions of the people live has been greatlyimproved. After external hardware conditions are met, high-quality property servicerequirements pose a challenge to the sense of service and management level of theexisting property industry. The same as the service sector of the property industry, theconcept of enterprise service, poor attitude, low quality of service, such enterprises in thefuture market competition will inevitably be eliminated.However, China’s property theoretically and practically, is still lagging behind in socialeconomic development. The property management industry as a new type of serviceindustries, there is no perfect human resource management system to constrain employeebehaviors effectively. Property management companies ignored the concept of service ofemployees, service quality and service attitude, thereby affecting the healthy developmentof China’s property industry. Performance management is a core part of Human ResourceManagement playing a key role in effective control means for organizations to achievestrategic objectives. Implementation of the scientific performance management caneffectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, and provide a steady stream of power forenterprise development. At the same time, the property industry there are many problems,such as poor sense of service, poor attitude and quality of service and low, but few peoplefrom the perspective of performance management take measurements to solve theseproblems. Therefore, this study explores the problems of the property industry anddevelops a performance management system suited to the characteristics of the propertyindustry, thereby improve the status quo and problems of the property industry.
