A Study Of The Investment Effect Of Comprehensive Passenger Transportation Hub

In order to achieve "zero distance" transfer of human services, China has accelerated theconstruction pace of the comprehensive passenger transportation hub and the Ministry ofTransport has also given a lot of financial and policy support. Now the countries are activelybuilding the comprehensive passenger transportation hub, but because of its large investment,low capital output and the large risk, coupled with the lack of a scientific methods and theinadequate analyses of investment costs and appear a waste of resource and poor investmentresults. Because Countries are in a period of adjustment of economic structure and financialconstraints, comprehensive passenger transportation hub funding support is limited, sobuilding a scientific and effective evaluation method of the investment effect ofcomprehensive passenger transportation hub is imminent.On the basis of the analysis of the current development of domestic and internationaleconomic evaluation theory, this article uses literature review method and combinesqualitative and quantitative method and from the traffic effects, economic effects, socialeffects and environmental effects, researches the basic evaluation theory of thecomprehensive transportation investment effects. This article builds an investment effectevaluation index system and quantitatively analyses the attribute values of each index andraises the basic theory and evaluation methods of the comprehensive transportationinvestment effects. Finally, this article uses ACGF comprehensive analysis method whichincludes Analytic hierarchy process, Critic method, grey correlation analysis and fuzzycomprehensive judgment and combing the index system of the front and quantitativelyevaluates the investment effect of the actual case.The results of the thesis are useful to provide the safe convenient and comfortabletransportation services for the public and save the investment and improve the investmenteffects and enrich the basic theory of the comprehensive passenger transportation hub. Theresults of the thesis also have guidance and practical value to comprehensive transportationplanning construction and the evaluation of the investment effects.
