Technological innovation is not only a necessary requirement of the knowledge era, butalso an important drive force for promoting economic development. With the variety of newmaterials, new processes, new products being welled up continously, human production andlife have being changed unpredictably. The function of scientific and technological progressto economic promotion is obvious from the result of china’s recently annual GDP growth rate.However, in a long time, Chinese enterprises profit from the technology transfer anddigestion absorption, not from technological innovation due to lack of motivation.Technological innovation capability should be improved because to accelerate theadvancement of independent innovation capability has become an inevitable requirement forsocial and economic development. Practice has proved that only fully awaring of thedominant position of enterprises in technological innovation, and taking the road ofmarket-oriented enterprise integration, can the technological innovation capability of Chineseenterprises be improved.A large number of production are achived due to the much concern from the government,social parties, and enterprises in recent years to some extent. But the productions concentratein technological innovation status and technological innovation policy research. Qualitativeand quantitative research on enterprise technology innovation, have a positive theoretical andpractical significance to develop a reasonable policy for the country.Through the analysis of current status and influencing factors of China enterprises’technological innovation, A modle is made using system dynamics modeling and also verifiedby empirical data in the paper. Chapter1, i.e., introduction, gives a description of hebackground and significance of the study, the research status of the enterprises’ technologicalinnovation at home and abroad, the object, content, research technological routes and methodsof the paper, which lay the foundation for subsequent chapters.Enterprise technologicalinnovation theory and system dynamics theory is introduced in chapter2. An depth analysisof China’s enterprises’ technological innovation is made in chapter3. The author firstlyanalyzes the current development of China’s enterprises ’technological innovation, and themodels of enterprises’ technological innovation introduced previously, and then reach aconlusion that the model of integrated coorperation in terms of production, study and researchhave a superiority over other models from the aspect of China enterprises’ technologicalinnovation and development. The author move to the analysis of influencing factors ofenterprise technological innovation system in chapter4. The ISM (Interpretative Structural Modelling Method) is used to establish the structural relationship of those influence factorswhich are determined based on the previous findings in the public papers. Enterprises’technological innovation system dynamics model is established in chapter5, including theidentification of the boundaries of the model, drawing of the cause and effect diagram of thesystem, analyzing of key feedback loops of the system, as well as drawing of system flowdiagram, building of system dynamics equation, and finally making the simulation using thecollected data through the Vensim PLE software. The findings of the project, the inadequaciessummarize and prospect of future research is in the last part.
