Innovation is the driving force for sustainable development of an enterprise,an industry and even a country. China is in a crucial period that national innovation capability looking forward to stepping into the upstream of the world and building an innovative country. As main body of innovation,the size and quality of the innovation of enterprises, largely represents the innovation ability and level of a country. China is the world's largest commodity manufacturing countries,which has a sound and independent industrial system. Machinery manufacturing industry must master the core technology if it wants to grow stronger more than bigger. The technological innovation capability of machinery manufacturing enterprises in China is not strong,it doesn't master the core technology,be lack of sense of innovation yet,the laws and regulations is not perfect. These all restrict the development of China's scientific and technological innovation. So it requires the machinery manufacturing industry to accelerate the pace of technological innovation,increase the technological innovation machinery manufacturing enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,establish and improve the enterprises as the mainstay of technological innovation system to ensure sustained and healthy development of enterprises.On the basis of Technological Innovation theory and System dynamics theory,this paper research the theoretical system and operating mechanism of technology innovation system of machinery manufacturing enterprise. And it also establishes a system dynamics model of technology innovation of machinery manufacturing enterprises. First,it expounds the status quo and influencing factors of technological innovation of China's machinery manufacturing industry. Then,it determines the boundaries of machinery manufacturing enterprises technological innovation system. The system has three subsystems,namely the power of technological innovation,the operation of technological innovation,the performance of technical innovation. It analyzes the causal relationship of these three subsystems. And further it establishes the system dynamics model of technology innovation of machinery manufacturing enterprise. Put the relevant data and equations into the model to dynamic simulate,and examine the accuracy of the model. At last,when the model is verified,the paper sets four schemes and simulates them. According to the simulation results and comparative analysis,it puts forwards some countermeasures to China's machinery manufacturing enterprises in order to provide a reference for the government and machinery manufacturing enterprises when they make decisions.
