A major role in promoting technological innovation for national economicdevelopment has been widely recognized. The enterprise is the main unit of socialactivities. It is also the subject of technological innovation. The enterprises had toconduct innovative research in the current highly competitive internationalenvironment and the community. It is the key to get rid of the shackles ofdevelopment and to break through the bottleneck of their own business managersfrom all aspects of the business. Technological innovation is the core of innovationactivities, companies must be undertaken in order to develop technical innovation.Any business in technical innovation activities are faced with a dilemma, that is,companies should know how to choose their own path of innovation, cooperationinnovation or innovation. Based on this, the paper carried on evolution and decisionof technological innovation path in high-tech enterprises, and used the high-tech R&D enterprise case as an example. Article in the study mainly involves the followingfour aspects.(1) Theoretical comb. We combed the theory, technology innovation theory, thetheory of evolutionary economics knowledge of high-tech enterprise by the purposeof the article according to the study, in a comprehensive reading the next question onthe basis of domestic and established the basic theoretical foundation of the article.On this basis, the current research focused on follow-up of high-tech enterprisesevolutionary path of technological innovation. We put forward using the applicationof system dynamics method to study high-tech companies technical innovationdecision.(2) Factors. In summary analysis of domestic and international high-techenterprise systems theory, the paper extracted the factors which affecting theevolution path to extract high-tech enterprise technology innovation. We also andestablish a system of hierarchy influencing factors.The overall impact of these factorscan be divided into three layers. It involves basic environmental factors, externalfactors motivating factors and enterprise systems. Different levels also has a certain impact on the relationship, especially in the influence of external factors on the levelof the internal hierarchy of factors. The study suggests that external factors was asupporting role on the level of the internal hierarchy of factors, while a single externalfactor has no work, The paper constructs high-tech enterprise level system diagram ofthe evolutionary path of technological innovation integrated the relevant combinationof academic perspective.(3) Model building. Based on the analysis of influencing factors and drawingrelevant literature, the article was extracted indicators influencing factors and built theindex hierarchy, and accordingly combined knowledge of the system dynamics toestablish a causal loop diagrams and flow chart indicators exist between. According tothe characteristics of high-tech research and development of enterprises Articleestablished causal loop diagrams and flow existing chart combined the knowledge ofsystem dynamics. The paper built a general decision model of high-tech R&Denterprise technology innovation path decision and explain it to select the relevantequations and parameters, according to the characteristics of high-tech research anddevelopment of enterprises.(4) Case applications. According to the actual situation, regional and nationaleconomic environment, macroeconomic policies of FW enterprises. On the basis ofdata collected, used EVIEWS7.0fitting analysis, and combined with the relativequalitative evaluation estimates, the article established a functional relationship andequations to answer innovative path analysis FW corporate decision-making problem,suggestions FW evolutionary path of technological innovation and decision-makingadvice.
