Aviation manufacturing industry is a typical strategic industry, with high technology,high additional value, high risk as well as long period by characteristic of knowledge,technology and capitalintensive. Civil aircraft production involving more aviation parts,long procurement period and large inventories. It is one of the key factors of enhancing thecompetitiveness of enterprises and ensuring the success of civil aircraft production toresearch and apply process reengineering theory, and establish a faster and smootherlogistics business process.This paper is based on the civil aircraft production logistics process reengineeringand the application of optimization technology. On the one hand, it represented the way toachieve logistics integration like the storage, transportation and distribution processreengineering. On the other hand, it elaborated that developing a series of supportingmeasures would contribute to the success of process reengineering. Meanwhile, this paperclarified that it helped to meet production, reduce costs, and achieve least links, shortestdistance, lowest costs and highest efficiency that establishing the standards for civilaircraft final assembly mobile production distribution process, which would support forthe efficient operation of civil aircraft production systems strongly.
