Based On The Perspective Of Theme Park Tourism Culture Capital Operation Analysis

Theme Park began to rise in China since the end of the1980s,And the successful operation of Overseas Chinese Town attracts lots of imitators to enter this field.However, only10%among the thousands of Theme Parks make profits while more still find it hard to develop. In this paper, Overseas China Town (000069) and Song Cheng Ltd.(300144), both of which succeed in tourism cultural capital operation among the few profit-making enterprises, are selected as the analysis samples. Applying the theory of cultural capital, this paper analyzes from the perspective of Large Theme Park the operation model and financial model of their cultural capitalization, aiming to find out some experience for China’s Theme Parks to avoid weakness and find a better way of development and market positioning in the transition of economy at present.
