This paper researched from car ownership in the city of Shenyang, Firstly analysedthe car ownership condition and comparing with the first-tier cities and the second-tiercities in our country. Secondly this study established the forecast model of the carownership in Shenyang in the terms of transportation demand and environment capacity.Thirdly quantitatively and qualitatively analysed the problems causing by the fast growseof the car ownership of Shenyang. Last put forward the corresponding suggestions. Thespecific contents descripe as follows.Firstly analysed the car ownership condition in Shenyang, and analysed the carownership condition of the first-tier cities and second-tier cities. Comparing the carownership of Shenyang and Shanghai using the method of transverse and longitudinal.Secondly forecast the car ownership of Shenyang using the dynamic discrete in theterms of environment capacity, at the same time established SPSS forecast model of thecar ownership.Thirdly comparing the car ownership of Shenyang in the terms of transportation andenvironment capacity. And quantitatively and qualitatively analysed the problemscausing by the fast growse of the car ownership.At last put forward the corresponding suggestions.
