Study On The Evaluation Of Eco-traffic Development In Beijing

With the rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization,urban transport has been developing unprecedentedly.Traffic plays an important role that can not be neglected in the process of urban development,which is mainly manifested in facilitating people's travel,promoting the communication between cities and promoting the rapid development of economy.Meanwhile,it has also brought a series of drawbacks.The deterioration of the ecological environment such as traffic jam and environmental pollution has seriously affected people's quality of life.In this case,urban Eco-traffic as a sustainable theory came into being.The evaluation of Eco-traffic is an important link in linking the theory and practice of Eco-traffic,but at present the study on the evaluation of Eco-traffic in our country is very few.The paper has discussed this point.Many scholars both at home and abroad have studied Eco-traffic very early,but most of them pay more attention to the connotation of Eco-traffic,policy ecology,the relationship among nature,society,economy and Eco-traffic,which has made a certain degree of promotion and innovation in these aspects.However,there are few studies on the evaluation of the development level of Eco-traffic.Therefore,based on the three dimensions comprehensive transport theory,and combined with the environmental bearing capacity,using the method of target decomposition,six evaluation indexes are put forward and measured to establish the evaluation index system of urban ecological traffic development level,including traffic structure index,traffic function index,traffic operation index and some traffic environment factors.Finally,entropy weight method and grey relative analysis method are combined to construct traffic evaluation model and evaluate the development trend of Beijing Eco-traffic in recent years.The result of the paper is that the overall level of Eco-traffic in Beijing has an increasing trend.The development level of Eco-traffic in Beijing is better and better,and the level of infrastructure is continuously improving.Moreover,the relationship with economy,nature and society is relatively coordinated.There are two points of innovation in this article.The first one is to evaluate the ecological development of traffic in Beijing,which helps to put forward more efficient,convenient and powerful traffic policies and traffic plans to solve the problems of traffic in Beijing.At present,most scholars focus on the three aspects,namely "what is Eco-traffic","why do we need to develop Eco-traffic",and "how to develop it".However,people now have reached a consensus on green development and become more and more aware of the importance of transportation in development,and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of the development level of Eco-traffic.Second,based on the theory of three dimensions comprehensive transport theory and the environmental bearing capacity,the paper determines the level of urban Eco-traffic development and makes it more innovative in terms of index selection.
