With the integration of the world economy, foreigninvestment of more and more be hot holds; With the emergence of the emergingeconomies, the rise of developing countries, more and more developing countries start toparticipate in foreign investment in the ranks. Foreign investment heat up, also attractedmany domestic and foreign scholars’ attention. Especially for such Chinese developmentand rapid development of the great powers in speaking,"going out" strategy led theinvestment of China to foreign countries of the many think. But because of China’sforeign investment started late, to the research of this aspect is still in-depth, domestic tothe corresponding data also not many. In view of this, this article on Chinese foreigndirect investment, technological overflow effect of the study, there is a certain theoreticaland practical significance.The article is divided into five parts, the system of China’s foreign direct investmentto produce technology spillover effect. The first part is to choose a background andtheory and reviewed in this paper. The second part is the theoretical analysis respectively,the foreign investment theory and reverse technology spillover effect theory isexpounded. This is the third part of China’s foreign investment process, on China’sforeign investment situation and investment characteristics were introduced. The fourthpart is an empirical analysis of the part, the use of C-H, L-P model changes, the China’sforeign investment have technological overflow effect of empirical analysis. And thepoint of view of from the country, on the developed countries and emerging economies oftechnology spillovers can investment analysis. The fifth part, is China’s foreigninvestment in the development and outlook, from empirical analysis results andtheoretical reference, analysis of China’s foreign investment prospects.
