How to guard against the risk and reduce risk accident is considered compass of great importance.In this paper, Chongqing Rail Transit third Line is analyzed, the project begins by describing the risk management group of the theory, including program management challenges, the risk characteristics of the project group and project group risk management procedures and so on. Secondly describes the development of rail transportation in Chongqing, including "the construction of five Chongqing", focuses on the third line on the construction of rail transit. Then, for the Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Line project group risk management, including risk identification, risk estimation, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring,there are three stages in the Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Line:the early decision-making phase, design phase and construction phase. For risk estimation using Monte Carlo method, correlation coefficient analysis of risk factors for multi-level risk assessment using fuzzy AHP method to analyze the weight of risk factors.
