With the development of economy, especially since the reform and opening up,Economic development speed change with each passing day, the scale of construction projects and the development of the technology continuously.And for many companies are also put forward the new request.Because many of the project company is not only in the management of a project. but at the same time managing multiple projects.Therefore, the introduction of project group management is very important,To get more than a single project overall efficiency.Traffic pressure along with the continuous progress of the process of integration of urban and rural, large and medium-sized cities has become increasingly prominent, relying on urban monorail, metro rail transit project itself has large capacity, low-carbon environmental protection, high efficiency and other advantages, has gradually become its resolveurban traffic pressure on first choice. At the same time as the policy of expanding domestic demand, China’s rapid urban rail transit into the development stage. But as a large-scale infrastructure projects. So, the construction process is filled with uncertainty. How to guard against the risk and reduce risk accident is considered compass of great importance.In this paper, Chongqing Rail Transit third Line is analyzed, the project begins by describing the risk management group of the theory, including program management challenges, the risk characteristics of the project group and project group risk management procedures and so on. Secondly describes the development of rail transportation in Chongqing, including "the construction of five Chongqing", focuses on the third line on the construction of rail transit. Then, for the Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Line project group risk management, including risk identification, risk estimation, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring,there are three stages in the Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Line:the early decision-making phase, design phase and construction phase. For risk estimation using Monte Carlo method, correlation coefficient analysis of risk factors for multi-level risk assessment using fuzzy AHP method to analyze the weight of risk factors. And last include concluded research results and the inadequacies of the instructions.
