Talent is the important resource of business management,the core of enterprise development,being renewable,and it determines the fate of business development to a certain extent.Competition among enterprises is talent competition after all.In the fierce market competition environment,because of weak overall strength,sense of serious family consciousness,lack of scientific human resources management thought,it is very difficult for SMES to attract and retain the best talents,which affects the long stable development.Therefore,the key of improving the market competitiveness of SMES is to improve the ability to acquire talents,which mainly includes recruitment and retain talents.Recruiting talent does not equal to acquiring talent,it's only the first step.Adopting reasonable measures to retain talent who creates value for enterprises development in the long run,can we say that the talented person is acquired.By studying the talent acquisition of SMEs LT company which engages in cosmetic brand agent,it is not only enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources acquisition,but also plays an important practical role for improving SMEs ' actual capability of human resource management and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explain the practical problems faced by LT company.Based on related theory of talent recruitment and retention,combined with LT's three-year HR management practices,this paper summarizes the actual situation of LT company talent recruitment and flowing in nearly three years,and analyzes LT outstanding problems in terms of talent acquisition.Through the scientific methods such as literature and empirical research,deduction and induction to analyze of the above issues,this paper suggests the countermeasures and methods of solving LT company Talent acquisition problems by enhancing the overall enterprise strength,improving recruitment and retention measures,strengthening.It tries to explore a set of practical mechanisms to promote talent acquisition capacity of SMES,and provide a reference for the majority of SMES' human resources management.
