Research On The Construction Of Anhui Tourism Public Service System

Tourism public service is the public services and products provided by public departments and social organizations according to the specific needs of tourists. When the tourism develops to a certain stage, providing and improving tourism public service becomes a important task which must be confronted by both the government departments and public organizations. The perfect degree of tourism public service system is one of the important marks of tourism developing degree. After30years of development, Anhui tourism public service construction has made considerable progress. The governments at all levels of Anhui province gradually improve the degree of valuing tourism public service, tourism public service input increases steadily, tourism public service function is gradually perfected, as a result, tourism public service system construction has made positive progress. Anhui tourism public service construction started relatively early, and made a lot of innovation and exploration in the government promotion and industry regulator, etc, so it has obtained certain achievement. In three aspects, the basic tourism public service, marketability tourism public service and managerial tourism public service, the thesis reviews the development process of Anhui tourism public service system, analyzes the existing problems, the facing opportunities and challenges during constructing Anhui tourism public service system, furthermore summarizes the domestic and overseas experience and practice of tourism public service system construction.It also puts forward the constructive idea and overall goal of Anhui tourism public service system construction as well as the countermeasure for how to build five major system of Anhui tourism public service, including tourist information consultation service system, security and emergency rescue system, tourism public welfare service system for the convenience and benefaction of people, tourism public transportation service system and tourism administrative service and supervision system. In addition, this thesis proposes supporting measures of the leadership mechanism, public finance funds, planning and implementation plan, science technology and talents.
