Nowadays, because the social division of labor more clearly, the functions of telecom operators and telecom equipment manufacturers are differentiation under operating mode of traditional, the position of network equipment manufacturers, application system integration platform manufacturers, terminal equipment manufacturers and channels are gradually becoming apparent, and the emergence of value-added services enables content providers, service providers and application providers become the new force in the supply chain. Because of the breaking of monopoly, also had a significant impact on the structure of supply chain partner, in general, the same level in the supply chain, the enterprises accomplish the same function often compete for the same resources as a competitor, However, in the field of telecommunication operation industry, these competitors in the production process will become partners, the most typical is interconnection between operators, operators as competitors in previous, because of interconnection, can also become the partners of the supply chain of telecommunication operation industry, The existence of co-competing relationships increase the complexity of the relationship between partners. So, nowadays, as the breaking of monopoly, variety of Operating mode and the emergence of a variety of value-added services, the enterprise agents of the supply chain of telecommunication operation industry partner are increasing, the complex co-competing relationship between agents. The whole partner system appear a great deal of complexity.As the development of science, the research on complexity science has been rapid development, CAS theory, entropy and evolutionary game theory have become the focus of attention of complexity science. This paper studies the structure complexity and evolution complexity of the supply chain partner system for telecommunication operation industry based on systematic research CAS theory, evolutionary game theory and entropy.This thesis mainly finishes the following works:(1) introduce the supply chain of telecommunication operation industry partner, the functions of the system, the keys to success of the system.(2) It mainly studies the structure complexity of the supply chain partner system for telecommunication operation industry, summarize three structures of partner system:the chain structure, the network structure and the nested structure; Calculate the structure order degree of the chain structure, network structure of the partner system by using the model of evaluation of structure entropy, the results show that, as the increase of agents of the system, the network model has higher structure order degree.(3) Research the internal mechanism, the environment and the co-evolution of the supply chain partner system for telecommunication operation industry by using CAS theory. Research the emergence and control mechanisms of the partner.(4) Based on the analysis of common traits of CAS theory and evolutionary game theory, research the evolution trends, the evolution process and factors that affect the stability of evolution of the supply chain partner system for telecommunication operation industry...
