The enterprise faced with economic globalization and the global crisis,opportunities and challenges coexist, how to maximize the enterprise the mostimportant resource-the role of human resources, in order to realize enterprisemanagement strategy goal, is all enterprise subject. A person’s work and family isinalienable two fields, the enterprise staff work in play the role, but also in their life,family plays different role, each kind of role to play means time and energy to pay.When employees work-family conflict is bigger, will affect employee well-being,causing too much psychological negative emotions, lead to the staff’s workingefficiency and life quality drops. Through the study of relevant domestic and abroadadvanced theory, combined with the influence of Chinese traditional culture andChinese enterprise actual, the employee’s work-family conflict present situation, thediscussion alleviate work family conflict way, to understand the effect of employeewell-being, so as to know more about employee individual condition, which isbeneficial to help employees to balance, and take a more positive and healthy stateinto the work and the life, so the staff’s working life balance become the enterprisehuman resources management domain front subject. Discussion and understandingstaff enterprise behavior behind the individual or life deeper reason, be helpful forenterprises to be more targeted make and take staff incentive measures, so as to forma good corporate working atmosphere, make positive enterprising combat-worthyemployee team lay a good foundation.This paper studies in domestic and abroad related work-family conflict andsubjective well-being theory foundation, through the questionnaire distribution,collection and analysis, understand enterprise employees work-family conflictsituation, and from the angle of demography variables corresponding analysis different variable to the work-family conflict and the influence of subjectivewell-being, and tries to analyze the reason of the influence. The main conclusion isthe enterprise staff’s work-family conflict and subjective well-being relativelybalanced condition; Different sex, age groups and degree and marital status,employees work status differences and other factors, are in different influences on theenterprise staff’s work-family conflict and subjective well-being. According to thetentative conclusion and puts forward some Suggestions: one is the organizationadvice, and conscientiously implement the relevant national laws and regulations;Will to enterprise staff work-family conflict and subjective well-being of the statusquo of the results applied to the enterprise human resources in each work;Organization support is to reduce enterprise employees work-family conflict, promotethe effective cause subjective well-being. Enterprise may, according to these data onemployees’ behaviors in judgment, thus constituting leading incentive policy, selectthe backbone employees, etc. From two aspects of individual give advice, reasonableorientation, clear objectives; To build healthy mentality, build confidence; Learningand accumulation, completes own career development planning.This paper from the angle of demography variable to enterprise staff’s workfamily conflict and subjective well-being situation are analyzed and discussed, whichcould help workers to better understand their own, establish a positive and healthymentality the pursuit of perfect; Also for the enterprise human resource managementfrom a new perspective, and put forward some suggestions for reference.
