In the fierce globalization competition, organization continues to reform, more andmore people feel job insecurity from the job uncertainty. As a source of stress jobinsecurity can make the employees in a worried environment for a long time, affectedemployee’s work efficiency, quality of life and mental health. Studies have shown thatjob insecurity will bring negative effect in many aspects to our work and life, not onlywill cause the negative attitude of employees on the job and organization, reduce theindividual and organizational performance. Like all social reform, job insecuritypotentially affects individual and the whole family’s health.The study discusses the influence mechanism of job insecurity on subjectivewell-being from a personal point of view. It takes the effects of job insecurity extendsfrom the work area to the family and personal field. The study surveys the marriedemployee in enterprises, puts forward the hypothesis, establishes the theoreticalmodel, and uses hierarchical regression analysis by Spss on sample data. The mainconclusions are as the following:1. Difference in demographical and organizational variablesQualitative job insecurity, quantitative job insecurity, life satisfaction, positiveemotion and negative emotions had significant difference demographical andorganizational variables2. Work family conflict breach as a mediatorThrough the mediating effect of work family conflict breach, qualitative jobinsecurity not only had negative effect on subjective well-being (life satisfaction,positive emotion), and on subjective well-being (negative emotion), and it also haddirect negative effect on life satisfaction, positive emotion, and had direct positiveeffect on negative emotion.Through the mediating effect of work family conflict breach, quantitative jobinsecurity not only had positive effect on subjective well-being (negative emotion),and it also had direct positive effect on negative emotion. Through the mediatingeffect of work family conflict breach, quantitative job insecurity hadn’t effect on subjective well-being (life satisfaction, positive emotion).3. Work family centrality support as a moderatorBetween the positive relationship of qualitative job insecurity and subjectivewell-being, work family centrality support had positive moderating effect, namelywork family centrality can ease between the negative relationship of qualitative jobinsecurity and life satisfaction, positive emotion, between the positive relationship ofqualitative job insecurity and negative emotion. Between the relationship ofquantitative job insecurity and subjective well-being, work family centrality supporthadn’t moderating effect.
